Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Hotel Reservations & Hospitality Department. In this essential role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with their hotel reservations and promoting an outstanding hospitality experience.
Your fluency in Polish will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, helping them navigate the booking process, address inquiries about accommodations, and resolve any issues they may encounter. Responsibilities
- Assist Polish-speaking customers with hotel reservations via phone, email, and chat
- Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Coordinate with hotel management to ensure customer satisfaction
- Gather feedback from clients to continuously enhance our service offerings
- Stay informed about ongoing promotions and travel industry trends to provide the best recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in hospitality or travel, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine passion for travel and providing exceptional customer experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
