Mercier Consultancy is thrilled to announce an opening for a Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative in our Home Improvement & DIY Tools Department. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to home improvement products and DIY tools.
Your fluency in Polish will be invaluable as you guide clients through product selections, troubleshoot issues, and offer expert advice to enhance their projects. You will play a key role in delivering a superior customer experience and promoting our range of home improvement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding home improvement products and tools
- Assist customers with inquiries about product features, availability, and pricing
- Troubleshoot issues related to orders, returns, and product usage
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our services and offerings
- Stay informed about the latest trends and products in the home improvement industry
Requirements
- Proficiency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the home improvement or retail sector, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in home improvement and DIY projects
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
