Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Health & Wellness Products Department. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to our range of health and wellness products.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential as you help customers with product information, order inquiries, and any health-related questions they may have. You will play an important role in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting healthy lifestyle choices through our offerings.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding health and wellness products
- Assist customers with product selection, order tracking, and returns
- Provide information and guidance on health-related questions and product usage
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to address complex customer issues
- Gather customer feedback to improve service and product offerings
- Stay informed about health and wellness trends and product updates
Requirements
- Fluency in both Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience in customer service, particularly in health and wellness, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries and tasks efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for health and wellness and a commitment to helping customers achieve their goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
