Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Grocery Delivery Services Department. In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with their grocery delivery inquiries and ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
Your fluency in Polish will be vital as you help clients navigate our online grocery platform, manage their orders, and address any issues they might encounter. You will play a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction and fostering loyalty among our client base.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat for grocery delivery inquiries
- Assist customers with order placements, modifications, and tracking
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Coordinate with the delivery and inventory teams to ensure timely service
- Collect customer feedback to help improve our grocery delivery services
- Stay informed about current grocery trends and promotions to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in the grocery or delivery sector, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for food and helping customers enjoy a seamless grocery shopping experience
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
