Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this exciting role, you will be the first point of contact for our Polish-speaking customers, providing them with top-quality support and assistance regarding our fitness and sports equipment offerings.
Your fluency in Polish will enable you to effectively address customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and resolve any issues related to purchases or services. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in helping customers achieve their fitness goals by ensuring they have the information and support they need.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Polish through phone, email, and chat about fitness and sports equipment
- Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to orders and services promptly and effectively
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Work closely with the sales and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Gather feedback from customers to enhance our product offerings and service delivery
- Stay informed about the latest trends in fitness and sports equipment to provide knowledgeable recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, especially in fitness or sports equipment, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for fitness and a genuine desire to help customers
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is an advantage
