Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries about financial products and services.
- Assist customers with account management, transaction inquiries, and financial advice tailored to their needs.
- Handle customer complaints with professionalism, ensuring all concerns are addressed adequately and promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and financial products to provide accurate information.
- Document all customer interactions meticulously, contributing to service quality improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve more complex customer issues efficiently.
- Adhere to industry regulations and maintain confidentiality during all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the finance or banking sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
