Mercier Consultancy is looking for a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Eco Department. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our eco-friendly products and services.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential in delivering accurate information, educating clients about sustainability initiatives, and addressing any concerns they might have. As a member of our Eco Department, you will play a key role in promoting our commitment to environmental sustainability while ensuring a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in Polish through phone, email, and chat regarding eco-friendly products and services
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, sustainability practices, and order processing
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective resolution of complex inquiries
- Gather feedback from clients to help improve our eco-friendly offerings
- Stay informed about eco-trends and sustainability practices to provide knowledgeable recommendations
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and English, with strong communication skills
- Customer service oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in eco-friendly or sustainable industries, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for sustainability and helping customers make informed choices
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
