Mercier Consultancy is seeking a dedicated Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Discount & Cashback Shopping Platform. In this exciting role, you will assist our Polish-speaking customers by providing exceptional support and guidance as they navigate our shopping services.
Your fluency in Polish will be essential in ensuring clear communication with clients, addressing their questions related to discounts, cashback offers, account management, and more. Your contribution will be key in enhancing customer satisfaction and promoting an enjoyable shopping experience for our users.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer support in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding our discount and cashback services
- Assist clients with inquiries related to account issues, promotional offers, and cashback redemption
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Gather feedback from customers to improve our services and platform functionality
- Stay updated on current promotions and changes within the cashback and discount domain
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passionate about helping customers make the most of discount and cashback opportunities
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
