In this vibrant role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking customers, guiding them through our range of beauty and skincare products while ensuring a delightful shopping experience.
Your fluency in Polish will be crucial as you assist clients with inquiries about product details, recommendations, order status, and returns. Your expertise and passion for beauty and skincare will help our customers make informed choices and enhance their overall satisfaction with our services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding beauty and skincare products
- Assist customers with inquiries about product usage, ingredients, and benefits
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide thorough solutions
- Educate customers on skincare routines and product selections based on their needs
- Gather feedback to continually improve our product offerings and customer service
- Stay updated on beauty trends and new product launches to provide informed recommendations
Requirements
- Fluent in Polish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on beauty and skincare
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the beauty or retail industry, is preferred
- Able to handle multiple inquiries and customer orders efficiently
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine passion for beauty and skincare products, along with a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
