Mercier Consultancy is seeking a talented Polish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Airline Reservations Department. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support to our Polish-speaking clients, assisting them with flight inquiries, bookings, and any issues related to their travel plans.
Your proficiency in Polish will be crucial as you guide customers through our booking systems, helping them find suitable travel options and ensuring a seamless reservation experience. You will play an essential role in fostering customer satisfaction and loyalty within our airline services.
Responsibilities
- Deliver top-notch customer service in Polish via phone, email, and chat regarding airline reservations
- Assist customers with booking flights, managing travel itineraries, and resolving any issues
- Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and promotions
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to handle complex customer inquiries
- Gather feedback to help improve our airline services
- Stay informed about airline industry trends and developments
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving capabilities
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or airline industry, is preferred
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for travel and helping customers create enjoyable travel experiences
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
