In this key role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience with our online media services. Your expertise and commitment will help foster strong relationships with our clients, enabling them to make the most of what our platform has to offer.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to our online media products and services
  • Document all interactions and maintain records in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
  • Guide clients on best practices for utilizing our media offerings
  • Collect customer feedback and relay insights for service enhancement
  • Engage in continual training to remain updated on product developments

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is desirable
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude with the ability to work well in a team
  • Capable of multitasking and managing time effectively
