Polish Speaking Client Consultant

Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a dedicated Polish Speaking Client Consultant to expand our exceptional team. In this client-facing role, you will be at the forefront of our commitment to delivering personalized service to our diverse clientele. As a Client Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions that align with their goals. Your fluency in Polish will be pivotal in ensuring effective communication and creating a seamless experience for our Polish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Polish-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide tailored consulting solutions
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and management of client accounts
• Facilitate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Identify opportunities for additional services and solutions that may benefit clients
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and proactively address any issues
• Assist in the development of operational strategies to enhance overall customer experience
• Help to create training materials and resources for clients as needed

Requirements

• Fluency in Polish and English, both written and verbal
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and client satisfaction
• Experience in project management or related fields is a plus
