Key Responsibilities
- Review, moderate, and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines.
- Respond to user inquiries related to moderation and provide insights regarding content policies.
- Identify harmful or inappropriate content and escalate issues as necessary to ensure user safety.
- Analyze content trends and user interactions to inform moderation practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and refine community standards and guidelines.
- Document moderation activities and maintain comprehensive records for reporting and performance feedback.
- Engage in training sessions to stay updated on best practices for content moderation and community management.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills in both languages.
- Prior experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong understanding of online community dynamics and user engagement principles.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to address sensitive issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Familiarity with moderation tools and social media platforms is a plus.
