We Tmech Heating Plumbing have a nice project just started in Cork, and are looking for Plumbers to work on a housing project for around 12 months, possibly longer.
HOURLY RATE : £29.00 per hour
LOCATION : Cork,
DATE COMMENCING : Monday 14th July 2025
LENGTH OF CONTRACT : 48 months - could be longer
HOURS OF WORK :
· 7:30am - 16:00
· Book 8. hours per day
JOB DESCRIPTION : Plumber
As the Plumber, your daily duties will be to install all 1st and 2nd fix plumbing and pipe work to the housing and apartments, SVP drainage on commercial properties. You should have experience within pvc soil wastes, and using Alupex pipe water peressure systems. You must be able to read drawings and work on your own.
REQUIREMENTS :
· Safe Pass card
· Manual Handling Card
· PPE
· Carry all your own tools
PERSON SPECIFICATION :

· Has the experience on some or all of the above
· Can get to site in Wicklow and work the full hours per week
