This role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing exceptional support to players of Riot Games. As a Player Support Specialist, you’ll be instrumental in assisting Polish-speaking players with their inquiries and issues related to their Riot Games accounts, ensuring they have a smooth and enjoyable experience.


Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and effective support to Polish-speaking players via email, chat, and support tickets regarding their Riot Games accounts.
  • Troubleshoot account-related issues, including login problems, account recovery, and payment inquiries.
  • Document, track, and manage customer interactions within the support ticketing system for transparency and follow-up.
  • Clearly communicate relevant policies, procedures, and updates to players to ensure their understanding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Stay updated with the latest game features, updates, and community trends to provide informed support.
  • Assist in improving support workflows and processes to enhance overall player satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Polish and English, with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Prior experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficient troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to assist players effectively.
  • A passion for gaming, particularly for Riot Games, with a solid understanding of their titles and player communities.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to provide necessary support.
  • Experience with customer support tools and ticketing systems is advantageous.
  • A friendly, empathetic attitude with a strong commitment to player satisfaction and support excellence.
