As a Player Support Specialist, you will help Hungarian-speaking players with their inquiries and issues related to their Riot Games accounts, ensuring they receive the assistance they need for an exceptional gaming experience.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver timely and effective support to Hungarian-speaking players through email, chat, and support tickets regarding their Riot Games accounts.
  • Troubleshoot a range of account-related issues, including login challenges, account recovery procedures, and billing inquiries.
  • Document, track, and manage customer interactions within the support ticketing system for follow-up and transparency.
  • Effectively communicate relevant policies, procedures, and updates to players to ensure their understanding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex player issues efficiently.
  • Stay informed about the latest game features, updates, and community trends to provide knowledgeable support.
  • Contribute to the enhancement of support processes and workflows to improve overall player satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Hungarian and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for effective player assistance.
  • A strong passion for gaming, especially regarding Riot Games, with an understanding of their titles and communities.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required for support.
  • Familiarity with customer support tools and ticketing systems is an advantage.
  • A friendly demeanor, empathy, and a dedication to achieving high levels of player satisfaction.
