Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 annually, based on experience
- Monthly Bonus Potential: $500 – $2,000 (RVU-based incentives)
- Sign-On/Relocation Bonus: $50,000 for qualified candidates

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. In this role, you’ll assess, plan, and deliver individualized therapy to patients managing orthopedic, neurological, and musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll enjoy a balance of autonomy and interdisciplinary collaboration, with resources designed to help you provide outstanding patient outcomes.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments
- Design and implement customized treatment plans rooted in clinical evidence
- Deliver therapy through manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
- Reassess and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
- Collaborate with referring providers and healthcare team members
- Educate patients and families on diagnoses, recovery goals, and home exercises
- Maintain clear and timely documentation in the EMR
- Support prevention education and promote long-term functional wellness
- Adhere to all applicable practice guidelines and ethical standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program (U.S. only; excludes Puerto Rico)
- Master’s degree required; Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred
- Active or eligible Arizona Physical Therapist license
- Proficient in clinical documentation and electronic medical records
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-based outpatient environment
