About the Role

As a Photo Retoucher at Nuovo, your main duty will be editing and retouching large quantities of photos in an efficient manner, while maintaining and upholding maximum product quality for every guest. Nuovo is rapidly growing, and as we prepare for the opening of more studio locations, we’re looking to hire multiple talented and experienced retouchers to join our expanding Retouching team.

Como Retoquista Fotográfico en Nuovo, tu responsabilidad principal será editar y retocar grandes volúmenes de fotografías de manera eficiente, manteniendo siempre la máxima calidad para cada cliente. Nuovo está creciendo rápidamente y mientras nos preparamos para abrir más estudios, buscamos contratar a varios retoquistas talentosos para unirse a nuestro equipo de Retoque.

Responsibilities include:

• Batch editing guest photos

• Background removal

• Color correction and lighting adjustments
• Skin and blemish retouching
• Meeting strict deadlines and targets to ensure utmost customer satisfaction

• Proactively showing initiative to foresee and resolve problems related to imagery

• Being conscious of deadlines and time management

• Quality assurance

Responsabilidades 

• Edición por lotes de fotografías de clientes.
• Eliminación de fondos.
• Corrección de color y ajustes de iluminación.
• Retoque de piel e imperfecciones.
• Cumplir con plazos y objetivos estrictos para garantizar la máxima satisfacción del cliente.
• Mostrar iniciativa para prever y resolver problemas relacionados con las imágenes.
• Ser consciente de los plazos y la gestión del tiempo.
• Aseguramiento de calidad.

Requirements

Qualifications and Key Competencies

• Must be an expert in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, and Camera Raw

• Experience with batch editing

• Highly skilled in editing and retouching skin

• Familiar with photoshop actions & Batch automation

• Strong understanding of the fundamentals of photography lighting

• Strong understanding of composition

• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• To be considered, your application MUST include a retouching portfolio that showcases multiple examples of relevant work.

Requisitos 

• Experta en Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom y Camera Raw 
• Experiencia en edición por lotes 
• Altamente capacitada en el retoque de piel 
• Familiarizado con acciones de Photoshop y automatización fotográfica 
• Comprensión de los fundamentos de la iluminación fotográfica 
• Bien entendimiento de la composición 
• Altamente organizado y con gran atención al detalle
