● Regulatory/quality governance: NAFDAC, PCN, SON—licenses, GMP, PV, promo compliance.
● Build & lead the org: Production, QA/RA, SCM, Sales/Marketing, Finance, HR.
● Market entry & GTM: distributor strategy, hospitals/tenders, KOL & key account management.
● Government & stakeholder relations; manage audits/inspections and public-sector bids.
● Supply reliability: S&OP, demand planning, local sourcing where feasible, risk mgmt.
● Ethics/compliance systems: code of conduct, PV/medical governance, promotional review.
● Board reporting, strategy execution, cross-border synergies with ALS Group.
Requirements
● Bachelor’s degree (Pharmacy/Science/Business); MBA preferred.
● 12–18 years in pharma; ≥5 years senior leadership in Nigeria/West Africa with P&L.
● Proven success obtaining/maintaining NAFDAC approvals and scaling a plant or commercial franchise.
● Strategic planning, regulatory navigation, government engagement, commercial acumen.
● Crisis management/recalls, stakeholder communication, talent building, negotiation.
