Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one mentoring and support to individuals seeking guidance in various aspects of their lives.
  • Share personal experiences and insights to inspire and motivate mentees in achieving their goals.
  • Develop individualized action plans in collaboration with mentees, setting achievable milestones.
  • Facilitate workshops and group sessions to encourage community building and sharing of experiences.
  • Listen actively to mentees’ concerns and provide constructive feedback to help them overcome challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions and track progress against goals and milestones.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to ensure comprehensive support for mentees.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in mentorship, coaching, or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse individuals.
  • Empathetic and supportive attitude, with a passion for helping others grow.
  • Ability to develop individualized action plans tailored to the unique needs of mentees.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple mentee relationships simultaneously.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
  • A background in social work, education, psychology, or a related field is advantageous.
