We are hiring full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs)—including those with feeding therapy experience or interest—to join our pediatric outpatient team in a collaborative, therapist-led environment.

What You'll Do

SLP Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat pediatric clients with articulation, language, voice, fluency, swallowing, feeding, and cognitive-communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care with measurable goals
  • Provide feeding therapy as appropriate based on training and experience
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members
  • Document care using Raintree EMR and manage an appropriate caseload

SLPA Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP
  • Implement treatment plans targeting speech, language, feeding, and communication goals
  • Track patient progress and assist with documentation
  • Support families and the care team to promote consistency and carryover

Requirements

For SLPs:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active or eligible state SLP license
  • CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) status
  • Pediatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Feeding therapy experience is a plus, but not required

For SLPAs:

  • Completion of an accredited SLPA program
  • Active or eligible SLPA license
  • Strong passion for working with children
  • Interest in supporting feeding therapy is a plus
