Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership to the Payments Team and oversee all payment processing functions.
- Manage daily payment operations to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, Support, and Product teams to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Develop and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk.
- Guide and mentor team leads and staff, supporting their growth and maintaining a high-performing work environment.
- Communicate performance updates, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
- Ensure documentation, procedures, and reporting remain accurate and audit-ready.
Requirements
- Preferably with a background in the digital finance (FinTech) space.
- Strong leadership and communication skills suited for managing high-volume, fast-paced operations.
- Solid understanding of payment operations, financial processes, banking, fintech, or compliance.
- Proven ability to analyze issues and implement effective operational improvements.
- Collaborative and adaptable approach with strong relationship-building skills.
