  • Order Processing
    Prepare workshop parts in advance, fulfill customer orders, and verify stock availability for all enquiries.
  • Sales & Customer Service
    Manage inbound/outbound calls and walk-in customers; build strong client relationships through product expertise and positive first impressions.
  • Stock Control
    Regularly replenish consumables and service parts to ensure quick service for the internal departments and customers.
  • Warranty & Administration
    Process parts-related warranty claims and complete administrative tasks—including customer record maintenance and invoicing—promptly and accurately.

Requirements

  1. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  2. Experienced in warehouse operations (preferred).
  3. Possession of a forklift license is highly desirable.
  4. Mechanically inclined, with familiarity in operating AWP/EWP equipment considered an advantage.
  5. Demonstrates professional phone etiquette and effectively manages email inquiries.
  6. Detail-oriented, diligent, positive, a strong team player, and highly reliable.
