Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and addressing their needs and inquiries.
- Efficiently and accurately handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and store area to enhance customer experience.
- Assist with stocking items and ensuring that the sales floor is well-presented.
- Monitor security procedures to safeguard cash and manage inventory effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and quality customer service.
- Embrace and promote the company’s commitment to providing exceptional service 24/7.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred but not necessary.
- Basic arithmetic skills for accurate transaction processing.
