Neo Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. As a French-speaking call center agent you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our French-speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Contacting potential customers via phone, email, or chat to introduce and explain our products or services.
  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend tailored solutions.
  • Provide accurate information and pricing to close sales and achieve sales targets.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer queries and objections.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve team sales goals.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and build long-term relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in outbound sales, telesales, or cold calling.
  • Fully proficient in the required language.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, dialers (like XCally), and sales tracking software.
  • Quiet home-office setup with stable internet.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

  • KPI-driven environment: call volumes, conversion rates, follow-ups.

Preferred Background:

  • Previous call center or BPO experience.
  • Knowledge of online platforms, Gaming, fintech, or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Sales training or certification is advantageous.
