About the role
We are seeking a sharp, reliable Operations Associate to support the day-to-day execution and coordination of a fast-moving, privately run investment and research environment based in Dubai.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys responsibility, problem-solving, and operating close to decision-makers. You will support operational workflows across administration, coordination, documentation, and project support, ensuring things run smoothly and efficiently behind the scenes.
The role requires sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to work with limited structure. This is not a corporate role with rigid processes. You will be expected to think, prioritise, and execute.
Key responsibilities
- Day-to-day operational and administrative support
- Coordinating schedules, meetings, and logistics
- Managing documents, records, and internal trackers
- Supporting ad hoc projects and requests from senior stakeholders
- Liaising with external service providers and counterparties
- Ensuring follow-ups are completed accurately and on time
- Bringing order and structure to ongoing workflows
Requirements
What we are looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in an operations, administrative, executive assistant, or coordination role
- Experience in a family office, professional services firm, consultancy, investment firm, or similar is preferred
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Calm under pressure and able to manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working on-site in Dubai
