- Responsible for preparing and presenting pest control report for clients.
- Coordinate with other departments on implementation of pest control project and monitor the progress.
- Resolve client complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist Technical Supervisor in the periodical review of service materials, equipment, vehicles and techniques employed with a view to improving productivity and cost effectiveness.
- Assist Technical Supervisor to identify training and staff development needs; conduct field or classroom training for Technicians, Sales or other departments.
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by Supervisor.
- Flexible working hours is required.
Requirements
- Higher Diploma and above (Fresh Graduates are welcomed)
- Experience in QA, particularly within the F&B industry, is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Detailed minded, well organized and quick response
- Excellent customer service skills, effective interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Willingness to perform outdoor work.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fluency in English and Chinese.
- Candidate with more experience might be considered as Senior Operations Executive role
