Technobis High Tech Solutions (THS) is seeking an Operational-Tactical Buyer to enhance our Procurement team.

At Technobis, we develop and deliver advanced medical devices, from initial concept through certification. We provide turnkey solutions, whether as prototypes or in series production, for customers in the MedTech, BioTech, and PharmaTech sectors. Working closely as a team of mechanical, electronics, and software experts, we bring innovation to life.

Our procurement function is hybrid: each business unit is responsible for its own decentralized procurement budget, while the central Procurement & Logistics department ensures the optimal setup and execution of the strategic, tactical, and operational procurement process, as well as inventory management.

What you will do

After a structured onboarding period where you focus on operational procurement to get to know our supply chain, your responsibilities will gradually expand toward tactical procurement. This includes:

• Maintaining and evaluating supplier relationships based on quality, price, and delivery time
• Contributing to sourcing strategies for both new and existing suppliers
• Supporting the development of SLA’s, framework agreements, and pricing arrangements
• Driving continuous improvement of the procurement process
• Ensuring compliance with guidelines within our Quality Management System (QMS)
• Reporting on procurement KPIs and advising on stock and cost optimization
• Managing the RFQ (Request for Quotation) process

Requirements

What you bring

• MBO+ / HBO level education, with further training in procurement and logistics (e.g., NEVI 2)
• Up to 5 years of procurement experience in a technical or production environment
• 1–2 years of tactical procurement experience (a plus)
• Familiarity with quality management systems, experience with ISO 13485 is a plus
• Strong communication and relationship management skills (internal and external)
• Analytical, result-oriented, and process-driven mindset
• Proficiency in Dutch and English
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, Ridder, SAP, or similar).
