What You Will Do

• Manage daily office operations – open the office, review inventory, order supplies and groceries
• Oversee shipments and deliveries, making sure everything is filed and distributed properly
• Run the reception area – greet visitors, handle calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
• Organize meetings and schedules, preparing agendas and ensuring all materials are in place
• Support employees with travel arrangements – flights, hotels, transport, the whole package
• Coordinate office events and activities with HR – from birthdays to team lunches
• Manage security and visitor systems, including badges and sign-ins
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality

Requirements

What You Will Need

• Languages Fluent in Dutch & English
• Parttime is possible
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or office management

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional attitude
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfort with office equipment
• Ability to stay cool in a fast-paced environment and solve unexpected challenges
• Commitment to confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information
