About the Role
AGAD Technology is expanding its digital operations and looking for a full-time Odoo Implementation Specialist to lead and accelerate our ERP rollout.
You will be the main driver of Odoo across all company departments — ensuring smooth implementation, customization, data integrity, and adoption of the system across Finance, HR, CRM, Recruitment, and Accounting modules.
This is a strategic position where you’ll work closely with leadership to transform business workflows into efficient, automated processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Odoo ERP modules (Finance, HR, CRM, Recruitment, Accounting, Dashboards).
- Work directly with stakeholders to analyze business needs and translate them into technical specifications.
- Customize and configure Odoo modules using Odoo Studio, Python, and custom module development.
- Manage data migration, system integrations (APIs), and report/dashboard creation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, payroll, and HR operational flows within Odoo.
- Oversee system testing, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Collaborate with management to design and improve performance and financial dashboards.
- Manage Odoo hosting environments (Odoo.sh, PostgreSQL, Linux).
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of proven experience in Odoo ERP implementation across multiple business modules.
- Strong knowledge of Finance and Accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and payroll.
- Technical proficiency in Python, Odoo Studio, and custom module development.
- Experience with data migration, API integrations, and reporting tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Odoo certification or formal training is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Odoo.sh, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments.
