This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to make a difference for our Norwegian-speaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact, providing crucial support and assistance.


Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries from Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat efficiently and courteously.
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing suitable solutions or escalating when necessary.
  • Offer clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions diligently in the support management system.
  • Educate customers on product features and provide helpful tips to enhance their experience.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to boost service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about company products, updates, and industry trends to provide effective support.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively.
  • A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
