This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and want to make a difference for our Norwegian-speaking clients. As a Tier 1 Support Agent, you will be the first point of contact, providing crucial support and assistance.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries from Norwegian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat efficiently and courteously.
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues, providing suitable solutions or escalating when necessary.
- Offer clear and accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions diligently in the support management system.
- Educate customers on product features and provide helpful tips to enhance their experience.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to boost service quality and improve customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about company products, updates, and industry trends to provide effective support.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems and CRM tools is a plus.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking effectively.
