We are currently seeking a Norwegian Speaking Partner Support Consultant to join our enthusiastic team. This role is ideal for individuals who are adept in customer service and fluent in Norwegian, focused on delivering high-quality support to our partners.


Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking partners through various communication methods, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage partner inquiries and resolve service-related issues in an efficient manner.
  • Educate partners regarding product features and assist them in maximizing their use of our services.
  • Maintain detailed records of partner interactions, inquiries, and resolutions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to escalate complex issues and formulate effective solutions.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with partners to ensure their concerns are resolved and satisfaction is achieved.
  • Stay informed about product offerings, industry trends, and partner feedback to continuously enhance our support services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in partner support, customer service, or a similar position is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of IT systems.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Dedication to customer satisfaction and proactive issue resolution.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment.
