As an Online Shopping Advisor, you will assist Norwegian-speaking customers in their shopping journey, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Norwegian-speaking customers through chat, email, and phone to address their online shopping inquiries.
- Provide comprehensive product information and personalized recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage inquiries related to order statuses, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Assess customer needs and offer tailored solutions to improve their shopping experience.
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and company policies to relay accurate information to customers.
- Document customer interactions properly to ensure follow-up and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with the team and other departments to resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in an online shopping or e-commerce environment.
- A passion for e-commerce and a good understanding of online shopping habits.
- Able to connect with customers effectively, providing empathetic and efficient support.
- Familiarity with customer service software and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent multitasking and organizational skills to handle various customer inquiries effectively.
