Responsibilities
- Deliver exemplary support to Norwegian-speaking corporate clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
- Handle inquiries regarding corporate accounts, product information, and service-related issues effectively.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
- Inform corporate customers about company products and services to maximize their satisfaction and engagement.
- Record all customer interactions and manage inquiries using the CRM system for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to address and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive service improvements.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in a corporate or B2B context.
- Strong understanding of corporate customer requirements and a professional approach to service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with customer service applications and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
