- Provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking customers via live chat, email, and telephone.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical support with professionalism.
- Educate and guide customers through product features and benefits to enhance their satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and suggestions to contribute to the enhancement of service and product offerings.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to promptly resolve customer issues.
- Stay updated on automotive industry trends and new product releases to provide accurate information to customers.
- Maintain thorough records of customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking.
Requirements
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
- Strong interest in automotive products and familiarity with industry terminology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer care.
- Proficiency in customer service applications and Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to solve problems efficiently and work well in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
