  • Provide exceptional support to Norwegian-speaking customers via live chat, email, and telephone.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and technical support with professionalism.
  • Educate and guide customers through product features and benefits to enhance their satisfaction.
  • Collect customer feedback and suggestions to contribute to the enhancement of service and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to promptly resolve customer issues.
  • Stay updated on automotive industry trends and new product releases to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Maintain thorough records of customer interactions in the CRM system to ensure effective tracking.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and verbal.
  • Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive sector.
  • Strong interest in automotive products and familiarity with industry terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer care.
  • Proficiency in customer service applications and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to solve problems efficiently and work well in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
