Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Nordics Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our diverse and dedicated team! In this key role, you will provide exceptional support to our clients from Nordic countries, leveraging your language skills to ensure a positive experience. Your ability to communicate in Nordic languages will be essential in assisting our customers and addressing their needs efficiently.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will interact with clients through various channels, responding to their inquiries with a high level of professionalism and care. You will play a vital role in upholding our commitment to quality service and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or Swedish) via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions regarding our products and services
- Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues effectively
- Guide customers on product usage and troubleshoot their concerns
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to enhance service quality
- Engage in ongoing training to keep updated on product offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in customer service or a related field is highly desirable
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries within a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering quality service
- Familiarity with CRM and customer service tools is a plus
