Mercier Consultancy is delighted to announce an opening for a Nordics Speaking Consultant for our Client's Online Ticketing & Event Services Department for one of our clients. In this prestigious Entry Level position, you will provide vital support to clients from the Nordic countries, assisting them in effectively managing their events and optimizing their ticketing efforts. Your role will be crucial in ensuring clients achieve their attendance goals and deliver memorable event experiences.

As a consultant, you will engage directly with clients to understand their unique needs and guide them through the ticketing process. Your fluency in Nordic languages will be essential for building strong client relationships and ensuring personalized support throughout their event management journey.

Responsibilities

  • Support clients from Nordic countries with inquiries related to our online ticketing and event services
  • Assist clients in setting up their events and optimizing ticket sales through our platform
  • Provide training on platform features and effective best practices for event promotion
  • Troubleshoot any technical issues clients may experience during the ticketing process
  • Document client interactions and maintain thorough records of support requests
  • Work with internal teams to communicate client feedback and enhance service quality
  • Stay informed about trends and innovations within the ticketing and events industry

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Danish) and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation
  • Basic understanding of online ticketing and event management is a plus
  • Client-focused approach with a dedication to delivering exceptional service
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not essential
  • A genuine passion for event management and ticketing technology is highly desirable
