Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer the position of Nordics Speaking Consultant for our Client's IT Support & Tech Solutions Department. In this important Entry Level role, you will be the primary support liaison for our clients across the Nordics region, assisting them with their IT and technical challenges while ensuring smooth operations.
Your key responsibilities will include troubleshooting technical issues, helping clients utilize our tech solutions effectively, and fostering strong relationships through exceptional customer service. Your ability to communicate clearly and provide tailored support will be essential in meeting the diverse needs of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for Nordics-speaking clients seeking IT support and technical solutions
- Troubleshoot various IT and technical problems promptly and effectively
- Assist clients in understanding and utilizing our tech solutions to their fullest potential
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to client needs
- Document client interactions and maintain accurate records of support activities
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues and enhance service delivery
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in IT support to provide clients with informed recommendations
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach
- Basic understanding of IT support principles and tech solutions is preferred
- Problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work both independently and in a team
- Familiarity with technical support tools and software is a plus
- Adept at conveying technical information to non-technical clients
- A genuine interest in technology and eagerness to learn about IT solutions is essential
