Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer a position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Support Representative for our client's Streaming TV & Movie Services Department! In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our Nordic-speaking customers, providing them with outstanding support and assistance related to their streaming services. Your language skills will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our users.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist users with questions about account management, subscription details, and content availability
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve complex customer issues
  • Provide users with detailed information about our platform’s features and content offerings
  • Gather customer feedback to help enhance service quality
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on service features and best practices

Requirements

  • Fluency in at least one Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
  • Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the streaming or entertainment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to achieving high levels of satisfaction
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with customer support software and platforms
