In this entry level role, you will serve as a crucial resource for our Nordic-speaking users, providing them with expert assistance and ensuring they have a seamless experience while navigating our platform. Responsibilities
- Provide support to customers in Nordic languages via phone, email, and chat
- Assist users with inquiries regarding product listings, orders, and payment issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve complex user issues
- Provide guidance on best practices for using the marketplace effectively
- Gather and relay customer feedback for service enhancement
- Participate in ongoing training to stay informed about platform features and updates
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the e-commerce or online marketplace sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A customer-focused approach with a dedication to service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and CRM software
