In this vital Junior role, you will be the primary contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, providing outstanding support regarding their shipping and logistics needs. Your language skills will be essential in delivering a smooth and efficient service experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to shipping logistics, tracking orders, and managing deliveries
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with logistics teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Provide detailed information about shipping options, pricing, and timelines
- Gather and relay customer feedback for service improvement
- Participate in training to stay updated on services and logistics processes
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally within the logistics or shipping sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and logistics software is a plus
