In this engaging Junior role, you will be the key support contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, providing assistance and information regarding our gaming and sports offerings. Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via email, phone, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about gaming products, sports services, and general inquiries
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues effectively
- Provide detailed information on gaming events, sports schedules, and services
- Gather customer feedback to enhance service delivery and offerings
- Participate in training sessions to maintain knowledge of services and industry trends
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably related to gaming or sports
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive approach to client satisfaction and service excellence
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and databases
