In this vital Junior role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our Nordic-speaking clients, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have a smooth experience with our food delivery services. Your proficiency in Nordic languages will be essential in providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions related to food delivery services, order tracking, and account management
- Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve client issues
- Provide information on menu options, special promotions, and service areas
- Gather feedback to improve customer experience and service delivery
- Participate in training to enhance knowledge of our services and systems
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the food delivery or hospitality sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proactive approach to ensuring customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and technology
