Mercier Consultancy is looking for a passionate Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Online Retail Department. In this exciting entry level role, you will deliver exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring a smooth online shopping experience.
Your fluency in Nordic languages will be essential as you help customers navigate our online retail platform, address queries about products, orders, and returns, and resolve any issues they may face. Your contribution will be vital in maintaining high customer satisfaction and loyalty within our retail operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service in a Nordic language via phone, email, and chat regarding online retail services
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, and return processes
- Troubleshoot customer issues and offer timely and effective solutions
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure optimal order fulfillment
- Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality
- Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and trends in online retail
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly in e-commerce or retail, is preferred
- Ability to handle multiple inquiries efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine interest in online shopping and helping customers find the best solutions
- Experience with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
