Mercier Consultancy is looking for a motivated Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our Client's Health & Wellness Products Department. In this vital Junior role, you will provide outstanding support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries and concerns related to our health and wellness product offerings.
Your fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) will be essential to help clients effectively navigate our products, address health-related questions, and ensure they receive the best possible service in their native language. As a valued member of our team, you will play a key role in promoting wellness and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service in a Nordic language via phone, email, and chat regarding health and wellness products
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and tracking
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to address complex inquiries and improve service delivery
- Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance our product range and services
- Stay informed about health and wellness trends to provide relevant guidance to customers
Requirements
- Fluent in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication abilities
- Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the health and wellness industry, is an advantage
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Genuine passion for health and wellness, and helping customers achieve their goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is beneficial
