Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an open position for a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Representative for our client's Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this energetic entry level role, you will provide exceptional support to our Nordic-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to fitness products, equipment, and services.
Your fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) will be essential in helping clients find the right fitness solutions, answering product questions, and processing orders. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in promoting healthy lifestyles and ensuring the satisfaction of our valued customers.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service in a Nordic language via phone, email, and chat regarding fitness and sports equipment
- Assist customers with inquiries about product specifications, usage, and availability
- Manage order processing, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately
- Document customer interactions clearly in our CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order delivery
- Gather customer feedback to improve our product offerings and service quality
- Stay up-to-date on fitness trends and our range of sports equipment
Requirements
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish) and English, with strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in customer service, particularly in fitness, sports, or retail, is preferred
- Able to manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for fitness and sports, helping customers achieve their health goals
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
