Responsibilities

• Support Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries related to our online security software
• Conduct personalized product demonstrations and training sessions to enhance client competency
• Identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and support requests
• Collaborate with internal teams to communicate client feedback and improve products
• Stay current with the latest trends in online security to provide informed guidance

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service
• Basic understanding of online security software concepts is a plus

• Prior experience in customer service or technical consultancy is advantageous
