Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a Nordic Speaking Consultant for the Online Payment Solutions Department for one of our clients. This entry level role is crucial for assisting our Nordic-speaking clients, helping them effectively manage and optimize their online payment systems to ensure a seamless transaction experience.
In this position, you will provide personalized support tailored to each client's unique needs. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will be essential in resolving issues, offering guidance, and fostering strong relationships with our clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert support to Nordic-speaking clients regarding their online payment inquiries
- Conduct training sessions on payment system functionalities to enhance client understanding
- Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction
- Document all interactions and maintain detailed records of client support
- Work collaboratively with team members to address complex client challenges and find effective solutions
- Collect and implement client feedback to improve our service offerings
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the online payment industry
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (e.g., Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients
- A focus on customer service and a commitment to quality support
- Basic knowledge of online payment systems is advantageous but not essential
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs proactively
- A collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is beneficial but not mandatory
