  • Develop and enhance banking products and solutions that meet corporate clients’ needs, including deposit and liquidity management products.
  • Strengthen digital and institutional banking services such as electronic payments, digital channels, and cash management.
  • Build and expand institutional relationships and coordinate with specialized departments at head office.
  • Conduct field visits to corporate clients to identify their financial needs and ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Manage relationships with non-borrowing clients, ensuring continuous engagement and satisfaction.
  • Promote the bank’s corporate products and services through direct and cross-selling to attract new clients and deposits.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Monitor and attract deposits and current accounts while preparing regular sales and performance reports.
  • Implement sales targets and action plans to achieve unit and departmental goals.
  • Coordinate internally to fulfill client requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
  • Manage and grow major deposit relationships to optimize the bank’s liquidity position.
  • Identify and target key clients with comprehensive sales strategies.
  • Participate in deposit pricing decisions by monitoring market trends and competitor rates to maintain competitiveness and increase market share.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of practical experience in banking operations, business development, and client relationship management, including at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken).
  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and management skills.
  • Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
  • Strong decision-making capability.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in cross-selling and up-selling banking products and services.
  • Good knowledge of internal and external policies and procedures governing banking operations.
  • Familiarity with Companies Law, Banking Law, and Central Bank regulations and guidelines.
  • Thorough knowledge of the bank’s products and services.
  • Ability to motivate teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Proficient in computer use and familiar with applied banking systems.
