**Role Overview**
- Be a pioneer member of the newly established NOC department.
- Engage in network monitoring and leverage AWS cloud services to enhance monitoring capabilities.
- Opportunity to learn and train in advanced network monitoring technologies.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects aimed at automating and optimizing NOC operations, beyond routine incident management.
**Job Scope**
- Monitor systems and network services to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues as part of L1 and L2 support.
- Track and manage incident reports.
- Handle incident management and escalation according to established policies and procedures.
**Must Have**
- Experience with DNS management, including registration and renewal.
- Ability to manage WHOIS contacts and name servers.
- Basic experience with Linux systems.
- Familiarity with web servers, specifically Apache and NGINX.
- Basic knowledge of network and internet protocols.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Experience with AWS Cloud Services.
**Nice to Have**
- ITIL certification or knowledge.
